Hayati Collections – Exchange, Refund & Order Policy
At Hayati Collections, we value our customers and aim to provide the best shopping experience. Since we operate as an online-only store, please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Products purchased from Hayati Collections’ Online Store can only be exchanged if the wrong item is delivered or if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and labels attached.
- No exchange will be accepted for reasons such as dislike of design, color variation, or change of mind.
- Sale items and discounted products cannot be exchanged unless received damaged.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 working days of delivery.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- If you have received the wrong or a faulty product, please contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery.
- Send us an email at info@hayaticollections.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and clear pictures of the product.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to exchanges.
ORDER MODIFICATION POLICY
- Orders can only be modified before dispatch by contacting our Customer Care team through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Email.
- For prepaid orders, modifications are not possible after the order has been booked.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Hayati Collections reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
- Item out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues (credit card declined, etc.)
REFUND POLICY
- We currently do not offer cash refunds.
- If an order is canceled or a product is returned due to a valid reason, the refund will be issued as store credit only.
- Ready-to-ship items and custom-stitched/pre-ordered articles are not eligible for exchange or return.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or device display settings. Such variations will not qualify for exchange.
- Bleeding, fading, or damage due to washing is not the responsibility of Hayati Collections.
- All products are delivered as per size chart and description. Any extra styling, accessories, or props shown in pictures are for shoot purposes only.
- As per Cash on Delivery (COD) policy, courier companies will not allow customers to open parcels before payment.
- For international orders, customers will be responsible for customs duties and taxes as per their country’s regulations.
